These terms apply from the moment you complete account registration and continue to apply for as long as your account remains active. They also cover the period after account closure for matters such as outstanding transaction records or data retention obligations.

Yes. We may revise these terms when our processes change or when regulation requires it. We will notify you via the email address on your account before major changes take effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date confirms acceptance.

Where any clause is found to conflict with local law in your jurisdiction, that clause is severed from the agreement and the remaining terms continue in full force. Access to the platform is only available where local law permits it.

Email our data team with your registered account ID and a clear description of what you need. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and deliver a full data export within 30 calendar days, in line with applicable data protection requirements.

Accounts on dafabrt are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to operate your account breaches these terms and may result in the account being suspended pending investigation.

If you believe a UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe transaction has been processed incorrectly, raise a dispute through live chat or email within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and provide a written decision tied to the transaction record.

Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any pending balance is returned to your verified UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe account before closure is finalised. You will receive a confirmation email once the account is fully closed.
